Charges Dropped: Fort Drum Staff Sergeant accused of Sexual Assault avoids Conviction.
April 2022
Staff Sergeant at Fort Drum, New York hired Matthew Jubelt when he faced false allegations that he had fraternized with and allegedly had sexual relations with a Soldier subject to his orders. Mr. Jubelt's investigation revealed evidence to counter the Government's narrative resulting in a dismissal of all charges and with an administrative separation in lieu of a court-martial.
"Mr. Jubelt has been an amazing person to work with. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and informed/included me on all the decision making. I hope that I won't be in a situation to where I will need him again, but I definitely will request his services if need be. I would without a doubt work with him again. His knowledge, expertise, and communication is amazing and made me feel at ease through this difficult time."--Staff Sergeant, Fort Drum, New York.
