Fort Drum Staff Sergeant saved from Article 15 and Administrative Separation

A Staff Sergeant stationed with the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) at Fort Drum, New York contacted Mr. Jubelt to secure his services due to false allegations as to his use of marijuana. The Staff Sergeant was facing an Article 15 and Administrative Separation with an Other than Honorable Discharge
Mr. Jubelt's investigation revealed evidence exonerating the non-commissioned officer. This evidence was presented in response to the pending Article 15 resulting in the non-commissioned officer's restoration of rank and back pay from the Article 15 and his continued service in the United States Army.
