Matthew has tried hundreds of cases to verdict at Fort Drum, West Point, and other installations throughout the United States as a military prosecutor, military defense counsel, and Special Assistant United States Attorney.  Matthew Jubelt continues to represent Officers. Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Airmen, Cadets and Midshipmen in private practice as a civilian defense counsel throughout the United States in Courts-Martials, Investigations, and other administrative hearings and inquiries.

Matthew provides counsel and representation to his civilian clients in the areas of criminal Law, wills, trusts, estates, and real estate transactions.
