A LIVING WILL

New York also recognizes another estate planning document referred interchangeable as an Advanced Health Care Directive or colloquially as a "Living Will".  A Living Will details a person's medical preferences upon incapacitation, and commonly involve an expression as to the use of artificial hydration and nutrition, to include the use of feeding tubes and intravenous drips, artificial breathing devices, surgical preferences and therapies, organ and tissue donations.
