Navy Diver's Career Saved

A U.S. Navy Diver faced the loss of his career and a discharge with an unfavorable characterization of service following allegations of cheating during a Navy Diver Advancement Exam.  Thankfully, the Navy Diver secured Mr. Jubelt's services at the outset of the allegations allowing Mr. Jubelt time to develop a strategy which was later shown to have not only avoided a court-martial but ultimately saved this sailor's career.  The navy diver was provided a unit transfer and continues to serve honorable in the U.S. Navy.
