May 2024

United States Naval Academy Crest

A Midshipman client was notified that he was the subject of a Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) investigation for allegations of sexual assault.

The Midshipman contacted Mr. Jubelt's office and informed Mr. Jubelt of the false nature of the accusations against him.  Undeterred, Attorney Jubelt contacted the United States Naval Academy, informed the Academy of his representation, and conducted an independent investigation which served to corroborate the false nature of the allegations against the Midshipman.  Thereafter, the United States Navy declined to prosecute the Midshipman who thereafter graduated from the United States Naval Academy, subsequently commissioned and now serves as an Officer in the United States Navy.
