Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet ("R.O.T.C.") and senior at an Upstate New York University secures counsel and representation from Attorney Jubelt to overcome false allegations of sexual assault.  Before retaining Attorney Jubelt, the Cadet was facing the loss of his security clearance a dim prospect for graduation and commissioning.  After retaining attorneying Jubelt, the Cadet was able to successfully confront the allegations against him on both substantive and procedural grounds resulting in the reinstatement of his security clearance, graduation and commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.
