U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant (E-7) is fully acquitted of all Charges at a General Court-Martial at Moody Air Force Base after securing Attorney Matthew G. Jubelt as lead counsel at a contested Court-Martial at Moody Airforce Base in Valdosta, Georgia.  As lead counsel, attorney Matthew G. Jubelt challenged nine allegations of a hostile work environment on matters of law and fact.  In doing so, Attorney Jubelt discredited nine witnesses and exposed duplicitous conspiracy by junior service members who sought to remove their superior non-commissioned officer from his position of responsibility.  But for the work of Attorney Jubelt, this decorated non-commissioned officer would have faced prison and financial ruin.  Instead, Mr. Jubelt's client was exonerated of all charges and now enjoys his honorable discharge and retirement from the U.S. Air Force with his family.
