Matthew G. Jubelt successfully represented an Air Force Staff Sergeant falsely accused of sexual assault.  Before trial, Mr. Jubelt's pre-trial litigation resulted in the dismissal of several charges and specifications proven to have been barred from prosecution as a matter of law.  During trial, Mr. Jubelt's cross-examination exposed the accusers' bias, false statements and contradictions resulting in the client's full exoneration.
